Luxury lodges by the lakeside

I coordinated a wedding here this weekend and I cannot say enough good things about the property! The owner really kept his guests in mind when he was adding in all of the amenities these houses have to offer! It was so nice that the couple and their family were able to stay on site for the entire weekend! I also love the closeness of these houses. If you need to book more than one, it’s nice just to walk next door but also not feel cramped! The wedding was absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to see what all this property/venue has to come!

Highly recommend staying here! The houses are in a very safe, family friendly area. We stayed here for a family reunion and it was perfect - we made memories that we will cherish forever! The houses were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The pool and lake access in your backyard was unbeatable! We are already looking forward to going again next year!

This lake house was perfect for my big family! Tons of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Having two toddlers, I really appreciated the kid friendly touches like the cribs, changing table and baby monitor that were provided as well as the built in baby gate at the stairs. The pool and fire pit were awesome! Would highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful family reunion staying at the beautiful Blue Heron and Black Bear Lake Houses! Both houses are so spacious with a bathroom for each bedroom. They each have a huge deck with awnings for shade, plus a spacious screened in porch! Each house has a salt water pool with plenty of patio furniture for relaxing! Each house has a separate dock for boats and swimming! The accommodations are so comfortable. We even enjoyed movie time in the media room with everyone! The reclining seats are so comfy! There is definitely something to do for everyone. The lake view is beautiful! There is a grocery store 2 mikes away, boat rentals, a golf course and restaurants to enjoy! I would definitely stay here again for another family vacation!

These houses have everything you need! My wife and I hosted a family reunion using two of the houses. The upstairs loft had a crib, changing table, baby bath and baby camera which was perfect because it save us from having to pack a lot of things! The common areas were very spacious and welcoming for get togethers. For rainy days it has a game room and a full blown theatre with the most comfortable adjustable recliner chairs I’ve ever been in! The houses have a beautiful view of the lake which was perfect for sipping coffee and warming up for the day. We cant say enough good things about the houses and we can’t wait to host another family reunion there next year!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Black Bear house at Lake Norman for a family reunion. I can’t say enough nice things about this property. It was perfect for our family. The furnishings are lovely; the kitchen is well stocked with any and every pot, pan, and gadget; the saltwater pool is great! The lake is steps away. The dock provides an extended place to comfortably relax. The huge porch with retractable awnings has plenty of outdoor seating as does the screened porch. The fire pit is a great touch as temperatures get cooler. Having full size cribs for twin grandsons was really nice. We can’t wait to return in the future. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Absolutely amazing views with comfortable and spacious gathering spaces and sleeping arrangements. The screened in porch was the perfect place to eat a meal while enjoying the view, relaxing, or reading a book. The theater room was a great place for the whole family to get together and watch sports or a movie. The hot tub was prepped and ready to go when we arrived. Katie was exceedingly helpful throughout our stay and quick to respond. Thank you for a great vacation!

We spent Thanksgiving at this beautiful lake house with our entire extended family. It was perfect!!!
